The man accused of hijacking a Gwinnett County transit bus at gunpoint and leading police on a chase through rush hour traffic last year will be back in court for a hearing on Thursday.
Training is already underway at the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center while a referendum effort by opponents remains in limbo in the court system.
