AUSTIN (KXAN) — Randy Rogers is scheduled to perform at the Band Together Texas concert on Sunday at the Moody Center. All concert proceeds will go toward flood relief efforts by being donated to the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country and the Central Texas Community Foundation.

Central Virginia Christian band Red Letter Mercy is organizing an Aug. 23 benefit concert at Fairmount Christian Church to support victims of recent flooding in Kerrville, Texas.

Club Passim will host A Benefit Concert for the Kerrville Community with Janet Feld & Friends on August 28 at 8:00 p.m., bringing together six Boston-area musicians to raise funds for flood relief in Kerr County.

Kelly Clarkson has pulled out of an upcoming concert appearance at an event slated to take place this weekend following the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. The singer’s ex, to whom she was married from 2013 to 2020, died on Aug. 3 following a yearslong private battle with melanoma, a serious form of skin cancer. He was 48.

Papa Roach will be the headliner, but the concert will also feature .48 Special, the burger chain’s “family band” made up of executives and staff members, including Snyder-Ellingson and her husband Sean Ellingson. The group puts on a flashy show, usually with Cirque du Soleil-style aerial stunts and pyrotechnics.
