Thousands of flights have been canceled, including more than 400 out of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport – the nation’s busiest airport – where a ground delay has been issued.

ATLANTA — As effects from a winter storm in north Georgia move into its second day, hundreds more flights are being canceled at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. According to flight tracker Flight Aware, 322 flights at the Atlanta airport has been canceled on Saturday. Another 180 flights are currently being delayed.

According to flight tracker Flight Aware, more than 1,000 flights at the Atlanta airport have been canceled on Friday. Another 500 flights have been delayed. This comes as metro Atlanta and north Georgia are under a winter storm warning.
