Greater Good Charities and the San Diego Humane Society transported 50 animals to Oregon to aid pets displaced by Los Angeles fires.

Dozens of animals from local shelters will be transported to Oregon Friday to clear space for pets displaced by the Los Angeles wildfires.

A nonprofit organized a flight to take dozens of dogs and cats from San Diego Humane Society’s shelter to Northern California and Oregon on Friday to clear space for pets from the Los Angeles area.

Greater Good Charities and the San Diego Humane Society will transport several dozen animals from SDHS’ shelter to Portland, Oregon, Friday to clear space for pets displaced by the Los Angeles fires.
