The crash was reported on the Interstate 75 South off-ramp at Miamisburg Centerville Road around 9:30 p.m.
Drivers are urged to find an alternative route.
The Winooski Police Department said the outage would affect traffic on East Allen Street, College Parkway and traffic exiting the interstate.
