LSU’s Cam Carter had a season-high 27 points to lead the Tigers to victory in their first SEC game of 2025. Jordan Sears scored 17 points, three assists and two steals. Mike Williams III contributed eight points, two assists, two rebounds and a steal. Daimion Collins had seven points, 10 rebounds and four blocks.

LSU didn’t allow itself to be bullied into careless turnovers in the first half. It had six of its 15 in the first 20 minutes against Arkansas. This is compared to having at least 10 turnovers in the opening half of each of its first three SEC games.

LSU’s offense was sluggish to start against Arkansas (11-6, 0-4), missing its first seven shots. Corey Chest got the Tigers on the scoreboard with a baseline drive for a two-hand dunk at the 15:37 mark of the first half.
