The Philadelphia Eagles were always going to be the No. 2 seed heading into the NFC playoffs, no matter how Tanner McKee performed on Sunday. This regular-season finale was a chance for McKee to show in a meaningful football game (record-wise) what the organization already knew.

It will be interesting to see if the Eagles give McKee the No. 2 job next season or try and swing a trade since he should have more value on the market.

McKee was inactive as the Eagles ' emergency No. 3 quarterback for Sunday's 22-10 wild-card win over the Packers.
