After announcing Forza Horizon 5 for PS5, Microsoft is bringing another two Xbox first-party console exclusives to Sony‘s gaming platform. Both are critically acclaimed strategy games, one of which will launch in the very near future.

We've just had confirmation that both Age of Mythology and Empires 2 are coming to PS5 at last, making for two more incredibly welcome Xbox ports.

As part of an update on the future of Microsoft's 'Age' series, Xbox has confirmed that Age Of Empires 2: Definitive Edition and Age of Mythology: Retold are both heading to PS5 in 2025. These are the latest Xbox Game Studios titles to be announced for the Sony platform,

First up is Age of Mythology: Retold Edition, a remaster of the 2002 original, which comes to PS5 on 4th March. This twist on the Age of Empires strategy formula swaps history for monsters and gods as players battle as either the Greek, Norse, Egyptian, or Atlantean pantheons.

Two more huge Xbox franchises are reportedly coming to the PlayStation 5 after Forza Horizon 5 reaches Sony's current-gen console.

Definitive Edition are coming to PS5, continuing the run of Xbox exclusive titles coming to the rival console.
