More than 12 million people are on alert for flash flooding as potentially strong storms hit the South on Memorial Day.
An 18-year-old identified as Ava Moore was fatally struck by a jet ski while kayaking on Grapevine Lake in Texas on Sunday, May 25, Texas Game Wardens said in a news release. The Grapevine Police Department has released a photograph of the female suspect who allegedly fled the scene amid their investigation.
