It’s a team up of Bay State stars as Ayo Edebiri and Clairo have joined forces for a new music video.

Clairo has shared a music video for “Terrapin,” from her 2024 album Charm. Directed by Ayo Edebiri, the retro-kitsch clip stars a besuited “Weird Al” Yankovic in the role of Clairo, with the actual Clairo hanging out in the background.

The “Sexy To Someone” singer got “Weird Al” Yankovic to sing for her — sing as her — in the old school Hollywood-meets-’80s cheese video for “Terrapin,” a dreamy track from one of the best albums of 2024, Charm. Even better: it’s directed by The Bear and Bottoms star Ayo Edebiri.

Complete with title credits that indicate that Yankovic is, in fact, starring as "Clairo" in the video, it sees him passionately lip-syncing the song with retro, sentimental edits — and, eventually, back-up dancers and a band that features the actual Clairo.
