GROVELAND TWP, Mich. (WNEM) - A woman was injured after falling from the chair lift at Mount Holly Ski Resort on Dixie Highway, according to the Groveland Township Fire Department. A Facebook post by the department said the woman was transported priority 1 with potentially severe traumatic injuries on Wednesday afternoon.

A malfunction forced the evacuation of 64 people from a chairlift at Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia, N.H., on Wednesday, the resort said.
