Jed Hoyer hasn't been aggressive over the past few years, as his decision to trade for Kyle Tucker fell in his lap. Tucker, one of the top players in Major League Baseball, was an easy player to trade for. However, Hoyer will now be tasked with making other moves, and they won't be nearly as easy as trading for a player of his caliber.
