Sen. Alex Padilla will deliver a speech on the Senate floor, almost a week after being forcibly removed from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's​ news conference in Los Angeles.

Noem was in L.A. to address the ongoing protests against President Donald Trump's immigration policies. Federal agents handcuffed Padilla after his removal.

The DHS secretary was speaking in LA about recent ICE operations in the region when Alex Padilla was removed from the room.
