PHOENIX — Glendale police are blocking roads near the Westgate Entertainment District in anticipation of more protests against immigration enforcement. There was not a big group protesting as of 6:30 p.m. but several people were there holding signs. The street closures come after a protest on Sunday became unruly.

One protester briefly took control of a police car, officials said, and several police officers were assaulted and vehicles were damaged.
