An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict for first-degree murder in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife with poison.

Prosecutors claimed James Craig purchased arsenic and cyanide and secretly dosed his wife using protein shakes.

James Craig was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2023 death of his wife, Angela Craig. Prosecutors say he served her protein shakes laced with arsenic and later poisoned her with cyanide at a hospital.
