Boardwalk Empire’ star Michael Pitt was arrested on Friday and charged with a series of sex crimes and assaults that occurred throughout 2020 and 2021.

Actor Michael Pitt was arrested Friday at his home in Brooklyn on nine state counts. His lawyers deny the allegations.

On Aug. 5, 2020, Pitt allegedly engaged in oral sex with an individual by means of forcible compulsion and without their consent according to the indictment. That same day he also allegedly assaulted an individual with a piece of wood.
