After 25 years of distinguished service, NASA astronaut Barry "Butch" Wilmore has announced his retirement from the agency.
The 1981 Mt. Juliet High School graduate has logged 464 days in space over three flights during his NASA career.
The Mt. Juliet native reportedly flew in four different spacecraft and spent 464 days in space during his time with NASA.
