On Sunday—less than 24 hours after Pittsburgh’s embarrassing Wild-Card loss to the Baltimore Ravens—Steelers insider Gerry Dulac reported the growing fears that Tomlin’s return in 2025 may be realized: “The Steelers are not planning to make any move involving coach Mike Tomlin, according to team sources.”

As such, Steelers fans wasted no time calling for Tomlin to be fired. On top of that, they also made a plea for Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to be the new coach if the job opens up. "Go get Ben Johnson @steelers," one fan wrote.
