Iran launched a wave of missiles just hours after Israel said it was striking missile sites in central Iran. Israel says it hit Quds Force command centers.

The military exchanges worsened between Israel and Iran overnight on Monday as strikes hit residential areas, killing and wounding civilians on both sides.

The Israel-Iran conflict has escalated into its fourth day with mounting casualties, widening attacks, and no sign of diplomatic resolution.

Iran has confirmed that the head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) intelligence unit, Mohammad Kazemi, has been killed. IRGC-linked Tasnim news agency and Iranian state TV say Kazemi died along with his deputy Hassan Mohaqeq and commander Mohsen Baqeri in Israeli attacks on Sunday.
