The first run fails when it attempts to install the .bioemu_colabfold due to some dependency mismatches on 3.13. uninstalling 3.13 and installing 3.10 as system python works but is not a real fix ofc.

When freshly installed, Navigator runs without errors. After installing additional programs, Anacoda applications e.g. Jupyter, can no longer be started. Instead, Thunderbird e-mail starts every time.
