Massive AWS outage takes games offline — Fortnite, Roblox, PlayStation and Epic Games affected
A major outage at Amazon Web Services has triggered global disruption across the internet, taking down online features for popular games including Fortnite, Roblox, Pokémon GO, and PlayStation Network.
While hours have passed since the initial start of AWS updates and a few hours since Amazon's most recent update, we'll paste that below. It seems that many issues with both Battlefield, Fortnite, Epic Games, and Roblox have improved – though it's not a complete fix.
A huge number of websites and games are experiencing outages today (Monday 20th October), including platforms such as Roblox and Fortnite. The source of the issues appears to stem from Amazon’s cloud computing platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts many of the world's platforms, including banking services.

The Roblox Corp. announced the new version of Roblox on its website, stating that it's an "optimized experience built for handheld play" on Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X. Roblox has a separate console edition available on the Xbox Store, too. In addition, the game is now on the Samsung Galaxy Store.
