Brian Schottenheimer, the son of former Kansas City Chiefs coach Marty Schottenheimer and former standout quarterback at Blue Valley High, is the new head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.

Schottenheimer, who along with Robert Saleh and Kellen Moore, was the only other name on the short list of candidates and he was offered an interview.
