Tony Khan has addressed the shocking attack he experienced last year in AEW. It was something that nobody expected and genuinely took everyone by surprise.
Now, as first reported by Fightful, Ryan Nemeth filed a lawsuit on 14 February in Los Angeles Superior Court against AEW, Tony Khan, and CM Punk. Nemeth alleges assault, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and intentional interference with prospective advantage.
Wrestler Ryan Nemeth is suing the son of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan and All-Elite Wrestling, alleging he was benched and punished instead of a fellow wrestler who assaulted the plaintiff in a locker room.
According to AEW CEO Tony Khan, the last several months have seen him take more direct control over the promotion's creative direction once again.
