New York Yankees star Aaron Judge had his worst performance of the season this weekend as the team was swept by the rival Boston Red Sox, going 1-for-12 over the three-game series.

Aaron Judge blamed himself for swinging at pitches outside the strike zone as the Yankees were swept in a three-game series at the Red Sox.

That proved to be Judge’s lone hit of the series, as he went 0-for-4 with another three strikeouts in Sunday’s 2-0 loss at Fenway Park, with the Red Sox completing the sweep. His last chance to make another impact came in the eighth, when the Yankees had runners on first and second and one out and Garrett Whitlock entered.
