Microsoft this week announced that it reissued August security update packages for Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Server 2019.

The security problem affects organizations with a hybrid Exchange environment, running applications in both on-premises servers and Microsoft's cloud.

Microsoft will be issuing an Exchange security certificate renewal in April that, if not applied by organizations running a hybrid environment, could put a halt to the server.
