If you want to open Windows Terminal as an administrator, you have to launch the Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell as an administrator and run the same command mentioned above.

Step 1: Open the Start menu and click All apps. Find the program you want to always run in administrator mode and right-click on the shortcut. In the pop-up menu, click Open file location.
