You need to disable the Device Manager setting for the old keyboard, and then plug the new one in. Click on the My Computer icon on the desktop and then chose Device Manager.

I had a Razer Lycosa mouse and keyboard installed in here before. Here is a screenshot. The odd thing is I have the drivers for W7 installed. HID device keeps showing up. Thanks for the help.
