MP3 frames are independant, so combining a bunch of them into one file should be no problem. I'm not sure if having multiple ID3 tags will screw up any players.
I think you can combine them all in microsoft's sound recorder. That is, you have to rip them into .wav files, combine them, then encode the whole thing into mp3 format.
