WEST CHESTER, Pa. — Police arrested a man at the West Chester "No Kings" rally on Saturday, June 14, who reportedly had a gun, knives and a ski mask in his possession. Officers later reportedly found 13 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the man's home in Malvern.
