Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers after suffering a leg injury midway through the first quarter, according to NBA insider Chris Haynes. Haynes reported that the injury is "potentially severe," as he also noted the fear is that it's a torn Achilles:

Lillard, just minutes into the Milwaukee Bucks’ Game 4 matchup with the Indiana Pacers, stumbled while trying to grab a rebound at the top of the key. He immediately reached for his left ankle and foot after he successfully passed the ball away, but he remained down clearly in pain as play went the other way.
