Lady Gaga, Tom Brady, and Michael Strahan joined forces with first responders for an emotional tribute performance of 'Hold My Hand' commemorating victims of the New Orleans terrorist attack.

Fresh off her Grammy win, Lady Gaga headed to New Orleans for the Super Bowl where she performed an emotional rendition of “Hold My Hand.”
