Microsoft removes even more Microsoft account workarounds from Windows 11 build

The Windows setup process has generally required an Internet connection and Microsoft account sign-in since the Windows 11 22H2 update. Before this, Windows 11 21H2 and some of the later Windows 10 releases had required sign-in for the Home edition of Windows, but not the Pro edition.
