Google is announcing a number of new features for Flutter, which hit its 3.0 milestone at last year's I/O and is now launching version 3.10.
While Flutter started out with a focus on mobile when it first launched two years ago, it spread its wings in recent years and with version 2, Flutter now supports web and desktop apps out of the box.
With Wasm, performance bottlenecks are reduced, resulting in smoother animations and transitions, according to Google. Complete support for Wasm is available for Flutter Web Apps via Flutter 3.22.
