The “devious licks” challenge inspires students to damage and even steal school property, then post the results on the social media app, Tik Tok.

The challenge has appeared on the Tik Tok app. School officials addressed it during a virtual town hall Wednesday night that was streamed on the district’s Facebook page.

Bay Area schools have had to shut down entire bathrooms thanks to a TikTok challenge students have been taking part it. This at a time when kids should be washing their hands more often.
