Didn't MS release an enhanced clock to keep different time zomes a couple of months ago? I thought I had seen some info on it, but didn't care for the enhancement. Check with MS.
If you use one of the latest Windows 11 preview builds and you cannot find the "Show seconds" option for the tray clock, that is because Microsoft quietly moved it to a new place in the Settings app.
