The family of a 13-year-old girl sues Roblox after the child is kidnapped by someone they reportedly met on the game platform.

A 27-year-old man from Bear, Delaware has been charged with kidnapping an 11-year-old girl police said he met through a popular gaming platform.

Matthew Naval, 27, was arrested after authorities say they found him with a missing 10-year-old girl and her pet bird in an Elk Grove strip mall. The pair met on online gaming platform Roblox.
