If you're struggling to log in and play some of your favorite games like Fortnite and Roblox, you're not alone. A massive outage was reported with Amazon's AWS hosting service, impacting various services that make use of the company's cloud services.
Games of all types, from Fortnite to Wordle to Roblox have been affected by the AWS outage. Problems started at about 7.30am BST (that's 2.30am ET) when gamign services started having huge spikes on the outage-detecting website Downdetector.
Fortnite, Roblox, Clash Royale and various other games and gaming services have been struck down by an "operational issue" with Amazon's web services today, though Amazon themselves promise that they're already seeing "significant signs of recovery".
A major AWS outage is impacting global platforms including Fortnite, Roblox, PlayStation Network, and major banks, as DownDetector reports widespread failures.
