You folks in the higher terrain south and east of Cleveland could see that. Temperatures are expected to be around 40 degrees by 7:00 a.m. tomorrow.
Northeast Ohio residents can expect high temperatures in the low 20s with wind gusts approaching 30 mph, followed by overnight lows in the mid-teens.
A band of wet snow will move from west to east across Northeast Ohio Monday afternoon, mainly between noon and 4PM. There will be a break in the precipitation Monday evening. The next wave of scattered rain showers with a little snow mixed in will arrive Monday night and continue through Tuesday morning.
Gold (GC=F) futures opened at $4,369.90 per troy ounce Monday, just down from Friday’s closing price of $4,387.30. The closing price on Friday eclipsed the previous high the yellow metal reached back in October.

Lake-effect snow will develop this evening, particularly in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania, with accumulations of three to five inches expected and snowfall rates up to one inch per hour.
