The College Football Playoff has wrapped up after the first week. Home teams are 2-for-4 in the tournament so far with both Texas A&M and Oklahoma falling to Miami and Alabama, respectively. Oregon and Ole Miss easily took down their midmajor opponents to set the field for the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day games.

The 2025-26 College Football Playoff (CFP) bracket has been set, and the opening round is less than a week away. While the top four teams in the country won't be in action this weekend, eight other championship contenders will face off for the chance to challenge Indiana,
