Bloodborne on PC! When do we want it? At some point in this lifetime would be really great, PlayStation, please. FromSoftware is now established as one of the greatest AAA studios of our time, producing classic after classic under the inscrutable eye of director (and now company president) Hidetaka Miyazaki.

With three decades spent at Sony, Shuhei Yoshida is a genuine veteran of the games industry, which lends this specific theory a little more credibility. But as he’s quick to specify, this isn’t insider information; it’s just a theory.

Sony has had no problem remastering games for PS5, whether that's Demon's Souls at launch or even The Last of Us: Part II Remastered last year. However, Bloodborne continues to go untouched and still hasn't received a PC port. Former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida has a theory about why that might be.

Fans have long called for From and PlayStation to revisit the critically acclaimed action RPG, which was directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki and published by Sony in 2015, in either a PS5 remaster or a PC version. Currently, the game is playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility, but hasn’t even had a patch to improve its performance.
