Michigan State Spartans head coach Tom Izzo has dropped a very candid statement on the rumors surrounding Iowa Hawkeyes head coach Fran McCaffery.

Tom Izzo is back with a vengeance. For the first time since the 2019-20 season, Michigan State basketball won a Big Ten title on Thursday night after coming back to defeat Iowa on the road, something that has been difficult for them in recent years (and probably always).

It has not been a typical season for the Iowa Hawkeyes. Iowa had one of their worst seasons under head coach Fran McCaffery, finishing as the third worst team in the conference and a 15-15 overall record.
