"The best deal in PC gaming" might not hold that title for long, as both the Ultimate and PC passes are going up in price.
Microsoft announced Wednesday it will be revamping its tiered gaming subscription service Xbox Game Pass with expanded game libraries, including PC titles, unlimited cloud gaming, new in-game benefits and a reconfigured rewards system — and increasing Game Pass’ pricing to match the changes.
After raising prices twice for the Xbox console, Microsoft is also increasing the monthly cost for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from $19.99 to $29.99 per month.

Microsoft increases price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, despite record subscription revenue last year
Game Pass Ultimate will now cost $29.99 per month (UK pricing to be confirmed). It includes access to over 75 day one releases a year, Microsoft stated in a new Xbox Wire post, as well as Fortnite Crew and Ubisoft+ Classics. Cloud gaming is also set to receive a boost in quality, and there's a new Rewards programme too.
Another way to get new Call of Duty games with Game Pass is to subscribe to PC Game Pass, although, as with Ultimate, it's going to cost you more than before. The subscription service is rising in price from $12/month to $16.50/month. That's an increase of 37.5%, which is not as significant as the 50% price increase for Game Pass Ultimate.
Xbox Game Pass Premium and Game Pass for Console conversion ratio: 55% of your remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Game Pass Premium or Game Pass for Console will convert to 50 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.
