Crews at the Hanford Site successfully demolished a 175-foot-tall exhaust stack at the former K West Reactor as part of ongoing cleanup efforts.
The concrete stack stood 175 feet tall, much shorter than when the reactor was irradiating fuel to produce plutonium.
