Earlier this week, former Boston Red Sox reliever Billy Wagner was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum's Class of 2025 after a 10-year wait on the ballot. Wagner played with the Red Sox for just a couple of months in 2009, but he made an impact with some of Boston's best, including closer Jonathan Papelbon.

Wagner, 53, was a first-round pick of the Houston Astros in the 1993 MLB draft out of Ferrum College. He debuted with Houston in 1995 and was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies in 2004.
