To see all the devices using your Microsoft account, you'll need to do so on the web via your Microsoft account page (there's currently no way to do it from inside Windows).

Open the Your Phone Companion app on your Android device. Sign in with your Microsoft account in the phone app. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the pairing.
