ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals have recalled forward Ethen Frank from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League (AHL) and have loaned forward Ivan Miroshnichenko to Hershey, senior vice president and general manager Chris Patrick announced today.

Ethen Frank scored his first NHL goal to break a 1-1 tie in the third period and the visiting Washington Capitals went on to defeat the Nashville Predators 4-1 on Saturday night.

The Washington Capitals have recalled forward Ethen Frank from the Hershey Bears, it was announced Friday. In a corresponding move, the Capitals assigned forward Ivan Miroshnichenko to Hershey.
