Yes, liquor stores in Texas will be open on Memorial Day. According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, liquor stores are only required to close on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If Christmas or New Year’s falls on a Sunday, they must also close the following Monday.
