Skip Bayless, Fox, and several others have been named in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles. Filed by Noushin Faraji, a hairstylist who reportedly worked for Fox Sports between 2012 and August 2024, the 42-page lawsuit accuses Bayless of inappropriately touching Faraji and offering her $1.

The lawsuit alleges Bayless, the former “Undisputed” host, made unwanted advances toward a Fox Sports hairstylist and offered her $1.5 million in exchange for sex.

There's a new lawsuit filed last week with some serious allegations involving Fox Sports and defendants including executive vice president of content Charlie Dixon, former Undisputed personality Skip Bayless and FS1 host Joy Taylor.

Further into the complaint, Faraji alleges that Bayless offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him. She said she would try to deflect by pointing out cameras and a potential cancer diagnosis in her left ovary but her objections weren't respected.
