Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nolan Smith Jr. underwent surgery to repair a torn triceps earlier in the week but is expected to be ready for the start of the 2025 season, multiple media outlets reported.

Nolan Smith was the Eagles' best pass rusher down the stretch, and he likely gained more respect from his teammates after playing through a torn Triceps. Ian Rapoport reports that Smith tore the Tricep during the game and finished the second half.

The 24-year-old Eagles outside linebacker appeared to suffer the injury late in the first half while rushing Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Smith is expected to be ready for the 2025 season.
