A new sentencing hearing for brothers Lyle and Erik Menendez in the killing of their parents has been delayed for nearly two months because of Southern California’s wildfires

The Menendez brothers have been in jail for more than 30 years and they'll have to wait a few months for their shot at freedom. Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman’s office announced on Friday that a resentencing hearing for Erik and Lyle Menendez that was initially scheduled for this month will be pushed back until March.
